Zoho Call Agents Setup

We are seeking a skilled professional to help configure the absolute best zoho setup for our agents combining lead statuses, priority rules, and queue logic so that when a user logs in, they simply "dial down" in the right order without confusion.


We have attached a suggested framework here that you can work off of, but we need someone that understands this, and is also familiar with how to configure it in zoho, along with other best practices.


The ideal candidate will have experience with Zoho CRM and be able to optimize our zoho system for maximum call center operations efficiency.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
