We are currently looking for experienced, professional, and reliable Use of Force Certified Security Guards to join our team in Calgary for long-term positions at high-end retail and tactical sites. We are hiring for active patrol and high-visibility roles — not for guards who stand around or use their phones. These sites are closely monitored by clients, and performance expectations are high. WHAT YOU’LL DO <ul> <li>Patrol assigned areas to maintain safety and order </li> <li>Deter and respond to thefts, disturbances, and suspicious activity </li> <li>Apply approved Use of Force techniques when necessary, following policy and law </li> <li>Monitor, document, and report incidents promptly and accurately </li> <li>Maintain strong, professional presence at all times (tactical vest required) </li> <li>Operate E-Armour mobile reporting app for checkpoints and incident reports </li></ul>Requirements REQUIREMENTS <ul> <li>Valid Alberta Security Guard License (ABST) </li> <li>Use of Force Certification (current and valid) </li> <li>Excellent communication and situational awareness skills </li> <li>Physically fit and able to stand/patrol for full shifts </li> <li>Reliable, punctual, and accountable — no phone use or distractions on post </li> <li>Minimum 2 years of security experience preferred </li></ul>PAY & BENEFITS <ul> <li>$18.00/hour – Use of Force Certified Guards </li> <li>Competitive wages with early pay deposit options </li> <li>Group medical and dental benefits after 9 months </li> <li>Gym membership benefits </li> <li>40+ free in-house training programs to support your growth </li> <li>Free uniform and equipment provided </li></ul>SCHEDULE <ul> <li>Multiple full-time and part-time permanent positions available </li> <li>Afternoon and evening tactical shifts </li> <li>Opportunities for overtime and advancement </li></ul>ABOUT WORK ETHICS — READ BEFORE APPLYING If you see security work as “lazy” or easy, do not apply.
