What you bring to the table includes speaking Gen AI fluently, having 2+ years of driving real revenue in eCommerce using Gen AI tools and being able to customize LLMs for dynamic pricing or personalized recos. You also need to handle chatbots, design automated conversational bots and weaponize SEO by building and ranking AI-generated product pages, blogs and meta content.

You turn personalization into profit using AI, CRM and CDP data to drive next-level segmentation across web, email, direct mail and paid. Your test-and-learn game is fierce and you can sniff out fake reviews, defend against poison pills and implement content moderation.

Other qualities needed include being humble, hungry to learn more and people smart. What you'll earn is above-market pay for the right person.
