Senior Java Software Engineer
<p>As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable web solutions across our digital experience platforms. You will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the adoption of modern development practices. Your work will directly impact how users engage with our services online.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Strategy & Planning</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Analysts to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.</li><li>Estimate development efforts and contribute to project planning.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Solution Delivery</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead the design and development of full stack applications using <strong>Liferay</strong> and <strong>Acquia DXP</strong>.</li><li>Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.</li><li>Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Governance & Best Practices</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Enforce architectural standards and development best practices.</li><li>Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.</li><li>Drive CI/CD automation and release management processes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Support & Maintenance</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide production support and troubleshoot issues within defined SLAs.</li><li>Continuously improve development workflows and system performance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Skills & Experience</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>7+ years of experience in full stack development, including system integrations.</li><li>Proven expertise in <strong>Liferay DXP</strong> and <strong>Acquia DXP</strong> platforms.</li><li>Experience with cloud architecture, web services, and enterprise application design.</li><li>Proficiency in Java, PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.</li><li>Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization.</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>The target hiring range for this position is $81,170.48 to $101,463.10 with a maximum of $121,755.72.
