This role is critical in designing, implementing, and supporting Azure-based solutions for iVedha’s customers, with a strong focus on <strong>Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)</strong>, <strong>cloud migrations</strong>, and <strong>ongoing managed service operations</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Azure Architecture & Deployment</strong></li><li>Design and implement Azure infrastructure solutions, including VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, and governance policies.</li><li>Lead <strong>Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)</strong> deployments, including FSLogix profile management, scaling, and performance tuning.</li><li><strong>Migration Projects</strong></li><li>Plan and execute <strong>on-premises to Azure migrations</strong>, including servers, applications, and data.</li><li>Utilize tools like Azure Migrate, ASR, and third-party replication solutions for seamless cutovers.</li><li>Migrate On-prem Exchange servers and workloads to M365 and Azure.</li><li><strong>Managed Services Operations</strong></li><li>Provide L3 support for Azure environments, including proactive monitoring, patching, and incident resolution.</li><li>Implement cost optimization strategies, tagging policies, and security baselines.</li><li><strong>Microsoft 365 & Identity</strong></li><li>Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and integrate with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Intune.</li><li><strong>Automation & Scripting</strong></li><li>Develop and maintain automation scripts using <strong>PowerShell</strong> and <strong>Azure CLI</strong> for deployments and operational tasks.</li><li><strong>Customer Engagement</strong></li><li>Act as a technical SME during client workshops, migrations, and escalations.</li><li>Document solutions, provide knowledge transfer, and mentor junior engineers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li><strong>7+ years</strong> in IT infrastructure roles, with <strong>5+ years in Microsoft Azure</strong>.</li><li>Proven experience with <strong>Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)</strong> deployments and troubleshooting.</li><li>Strong background in <strong>on-prem to Azure migrations</strong> (servers, apps, and data).</li><li>Expertise in <strong>Windows Server administration</strong> (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO).</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Microsoft 365</strong>, <strong>Intune</strong>, and security/compliance features.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>PowerShell</strong> and <strong>Azure CLI</strong> scripting.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>Azure governance, cost optimization, and security best practices</strong>.</li><li>Excellent communication and client-facing skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice-to-Have</strong></p><ul><li>Certifications: <strong>AZ-104</strong>, <strong>AZ-305</strong>, <strong>AZ-140 (AVD)</strong>, or equivalent.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Windows 365 Cloud PC</strong>, <strong>Universal Print</strong>, and hybrid identity solutions.</li><li>Exposure to <strong>DevOps practices</strong> and Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join iVedha?</strong></p><ul><li>Work on <strong>enterprise-scale Azure projects</strong> across multiple industries.</li><li>Be part of a <strong>Microsoft Gold Partner</strong> team with cutting-edge cloud expertise.</li><li>Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for certification sponsorship.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p>Send your resume to <strong>careers@ivedha.com</strong> with the subject line:</p><p><strong>“Senior Microsoft Azure Engineer – [Your Name]”</strong></p>
