Job Summary
Based in Victoria,BC we are celebrating 28 years of business this year. We cater to the automotive industry providing custom promotional products. We are seeking two dynamic results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business development, and fostering strong relationships with B2B clients. Phone skills and building a relationship with the client is pivotal to your success...Your expertise in negotiation and marketing will be crucial as you work to identify new opportunities and enhance existing partnerships. The ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills and proficiency with HubSpot CRM enabling them to effectively track performance and strategic input for success. You are hired as an independent contractor with the company.You will work from home and have an office within your own premises. The job is on full commission basis. As we import directly the remuneration is excellent and we pay full commission for your sales twice monthly. The company invoices on delivery of the goods, but,your commission is fully settled and the company carries the receivable. We import directly and finish the products in our Victoria location. We have a strong support system and a graphic design department supporting needed visuals with the client's logos in order to offer a detailed design of the requested product.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure contracts that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that drive sales growth.
- Utilize HubSpot for account management, tracking sales activities, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Emailing products to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
- Understand market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
Phone sales and cold calling skills is a must. Automotive experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Experience in business development, demonstrating an understanding of how to grow client accounts.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating data and making informed decisions based on insights.
