Platform Support Specialist

We are a Tier1 non-custodial exchange.

We are looking for platform support and operations agents.


Requirements:

  • Have worked before in a high growth, global business in customer success management preferred in technology, compliance or finance sectors.
  • Experience in customer relations; ability to handle requests and inquiries is essential
  • Confidence to handle tasks independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to creatively and critically think through challenges to help you navigate changing priorities and ambiguity in the cryptocurrency space.
  • Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain is a must
  • Fluent written English skills
  • A robust and stable internet connection, ability to attend daily stand ups via video calls
  • High attention to detail and a strive for perfection
  • Demonstrated strength of character: integrity, initiative, judgment, commitment, emotional stability, persistence, resilience, quicker thinker especially under pressure
