Platform Support Specialist
We are a Tier1 non-custodial exchange.
We are looking for platform support and operations agents.
Requirements:
- Have worked before in a high growth, global business in customer success management preferred in technology, compliance or finance sectors.
- Experience in customer relations; ability to handle requests and inquiries is essential
- Confidence to handle tasks independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to creatively and critically think through challenges to help you navigate changing priorities and ambiguity in the cryptocurrency space.
- Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain is a must
- Fluent written English skills
- A robust and stable internet connection, ability to attend daily stand ups via video calls
- High attention to detail and a strive for perfection
- Demonstrated strength of character: integrity, initiative, judgment, commitment, emotional stability, persistence, resilience, quicker thinker especially under pressure
