TITLE: Payroll Clerk

DEPARTMENT: Payroll STATUS: 1.00 FTE Permanent Full-Time



POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Clerk to join our team at The Bethany Group. In this role,
you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and
supporting various payroll and administrative functions.



QUALIFICATIONS:
(Education; Experience/Training; Knowledge; Licenses/Certificates; Membership Requirements)

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing or administrative support (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).



REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience using scheduling ANY software (e.g., Logibec; ADP; UKG) to manage schedules and reports
  • Skilled in communicating staffing changes to managers and admins
  • Participates in staffing meetings to align scheduling with organizational goals
  • Provides training and support to scheduling software users
  • Acts as main contact for employee scheduling concerns with a fair, transparent approach

Hours per shift : 7.75 Current shift pattern : Days – Monday -Friday
