About the roleReporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR assistant will primarily focus on talent acquisition, playing a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role will also support various HR functions to ensure a seamless employee experience. We are looking for someone who has some talent acquisition experience, but also enjoys the employee engagement & onboarding side of HR. What you'll doTalent AcquisitionFull cycle recruitment for remote roles, hiring from diverse global locations.Post job online through Rippling ATSReview applicants & source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.Conduct initial video screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.Assist with the offer process, including negotiation and preparation of offer letters.Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future openings.HR Generalist:Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Participate in the development and implementation of on-boarding material, HR policies and procedures.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.Assist with HR administration, job letters, benefits enrolment, and other HR related tasksQualificationsBusiness or Human Resources Management Degree/diploma2+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.Experience working in a remote startup or SaaS environment preferred.Ability to lead with empathy & create relationships in a remote environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.An organized and proactive mindset.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.High level of direction and professionalism in handling confidential information.
