The <strong>Inside Business Development Representative</strong> will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities throughout Atlantic Canada. This role is focused on building the top of our sales funnel through outbound outreach, research, and early-stage relationship building.</p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Business Development to qualify prospective organizations, schedule introductory meetings, and ensure a seamless transition of warm leads for presentation and closing.</p><p><br></p><p>This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in business development, account management, and the Canadian healthcare benefits sector within a growing national organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation</li><li>Proficiency using CRM platforms and digital tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)</li><li>Strong skills in Business Development and Sales</li><li>1-3 years of experience in business development or a related role</li><li>Must be located in commutable distance to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada</li><li>Excellent communication abilities to convey value propositions effectively and interact with clients professionally</li><li>Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset with an aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Knowledge of or interest in the healthcare, virtual care, or employee benefits industry is an asset</li></ul><p><br></p>
