<strong>User Engagement & Training<br><br></strong>Conduct user training sessions and develop quick reference guides for end-users.<br><br>Collaborate with clinical leadership to assess enhancement requests and prioritize them.<br><br>Support new clinic go-lives, department rollouts, and system expansion initiatives.<br><br><strong>Governance & Documentation<br><br></strong>Maintain change control documentation and system configuration logs.<br><br>Follow ITIL-based change management processes.<br><br>Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient data confidentiality at all times.<br><br><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong>Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).<br><br><strong>Epic </strong>Cadence, Prelude<strong> Certification<br><br></strong><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong>Prior experience in healthcare operations or clinical informatics.<br><br>Knowledge of EpicCare Link, SmartTools (SmartPhrases, SmartLinks), and Reporting Workbench.<br><br>Familiarity with HL7 interfaces, MyChart proxy setup, and security classes.<br><br>Experience working with enhancement projects, upgrades, or version migrations.<br><br><strong>Key Skills<br><br></strong>Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.<br><br>Excellent communication and customer service orientation.<br><br>Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.<br><br>Collaborative mindset with clinicians and IT partners.<br><br>
