We're hiring a hands-on owner who can build growth from scratch and work tightly with Sales to turn traffic into revenue.

What you'll own (end-to-end)

Strategy → Execution:
Create a structured GTM plan, then execute it across paid, organic, referral, and sales coordination.

Creative production:
Design all posters, carousels, banners, thumbnails; script/shoot/edit Reels/Shorts; simple motion graphics; ad variants for Meta/Google/YouTube.

Channels:
Launch and manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube; community replies & DMs.

Paid acquisition:
Meta Ads + Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube/PMAX; UAC for apps).

App growth &


ASO:
Listings (Play Store/App Store), screenshots, preview videos, ratings/reviews push.

SEO & content:
Keyword research, on-page fixes, blogs/LPs, internal linking; publish fast.

Analytics & tracking:
GA4, GTM, Search Console, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, Firebase/App events, UTMs, weekly dashboards, A/B testing.

Referral engine:
Own flows, creatives, anti-fraud checks, and promo calendar.

Sales coordination:
Define MQL→SQL, set SLAs, route leads to HubSpot/Zoho, build nurture, close the loop on lead quality.

Landing Pages & Offers

LP map, offers, headlines/CTAs, wireframes (Figma/Webflow).

Experiment backlog with hypotheses & success metrics.

Referral Growth Plan

Incentive mechanics, anti-fraud checks, flows, creatives, KPI guardrails.

Analytics & Attribution

GA4/GTM/Pixel/Firebase event plan, UTM conventions, dashboards, KPI definitions.

Source-of-truth & reporting cadence.

Sales Handoff Playbook

MQL→SQL criteria, lead routing, SLAs, email/SMS/WhatsApp nurture, feedback loop.

Format: 3–6 pages (or Notion/Figma deck) with a one-page executive summary + links to calendars/trackers.

30/60/90 milestones


30 days: GTM plan delivered; channels live; GA4/GTM/Pixel/Firebase events tracking; 2–3 high-intent LPs; first always-on ads and referral live; weekly dashboard running.


60 days: Stable paid + organic cadence; first SEO quick wins; creative iteration cycles; CRM handoff + nurture live; CPL trending toward target.

90 days: Clear lift in qualified signups + first payout activations; ROAS/CAC benchmarks achieved; documented playbooks.

KPIs (owned by you)

Creative:
hook rate, VTR, CTR, thumb-stop %, saves/shares, fatigue.

Acquisition:
qualified signups (KYC complete), app installs, CPL/CAC, ROAS.

Activation:
% users reaching first payout; MQL→SQL, win rate, revenue from marketing-sourced pipeline.


Referral:
signups and fraud-free completion.

Must-have

2–5 years in India-market performance + social (fintech/B2B SaaS ideal).

Portfolio proving you personally design posters/carousels and shoot/edit Reels/Shorts.

Meta/Google Ads, GA4/GTM, SEO basics, HubSpot/Zoho, strong copy.

Canva/Adobe (PS/AI/PR/AE), CapCut, Figma.


Nice:
AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch, Webflow/Framer, basic HTML/CSS, Hindi/English copy.

Engagement & payment (via Upwork)

Monthly performance model:
₹[optional base]/month + [X%] of net new revenue attributable to marketing-sourced deals (post-refunds).

Shared attribution (UTMs, app events, CRM reports) in a live dashboard.
