Customer Acquisition Manager (Sales) - iBovi. Location: 100% Remote (Canada). Employment Type: Full-Time. Department: Sales/Business Development. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Acquisition Manager (Sales) to join our growing team at iBovi. This is a 100% remote position focused on identifying, engaging, and onboarding new business customers across Canada and US. You will be responsible for driving our outbound sales efforts, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing directly to our company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Research and identify potential business customers that align with iBovi's ideal customer profile. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. Utilize CRM tools to track all interactions, opportunities, and customer data.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Engage prospects through consultative selling approaches to understand their business needs. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations. Build trust and rapport with decision-makers at target companies. Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Appointment Setting & Sales Process Management: Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demos. Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer onboarding. Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain momentum in the sales cycle.
- Performance & Growth: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly customer acquisition targets. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and outcomes. Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, conversion rates, and market feedback. Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance data and market insights.
- 2-4 years of B2B outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong cold calling and email outreach capabilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proficiency in sales prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Resilience and persistence in handling rejection
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet connection

- Comfortable with technology and ability to quickly learn new software platforms
- Experience selling to Canadian businesses
- Background in agriculture, livestock, or related industries
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Bilingual capabilities (English/French) - asset for Quebec market
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
