Content Creator Admin
Job Description:
I'm a content creator and influencer in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle space looking for a reliable, proactive, and organized virtual assistant who understands the influencer/content creation industry.
Your role will be to act as my right hand when it comes to brand communication, email management, and campaign coordination.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who's passionate about the creator economy and knows how to build strong brand relationships.
Responsibilities:
Manage my email inbox (Gmail) and respond to brand inquiries professionally and promptly
Draft and send pitches to brands I want to work with (templates provided + personalized where needed)
Negotiate brand deals and pricing on my behalf, with guidance from me
Identify spam or scam brand emails and weed them out
Maintain a basic CRM of all brand communications (Google Sheet or Trello)
Research and find contact info for influencer/creator brand reps and PR contacts
Keep track of pending deals, follow-ups, deadlines, and deliverables
Bonus if you have experience using platforms like LTK, AspireIQ, BrandCollabs Manager, etc.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Prior experience working with content creators or influencers
Excellent written communication skills with a friendly but professional tone
Confidence negotiating rates and handling back-and-forth communication
Attention to detail and the ability to recognize red flags in spammy brand emails
Knowledge of trends, brand collabs, and what makes content perform well
Strong organizational skills
A passion for or understanding of the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle niche is a plus
Compensation:
Flat monthly rate of $200, with the potential to increase based on performance and workload. Rate is negotiable.
Flexible hours – ideally checking/responding to emails daily Monday to Friday
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
