Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Book and confirm service appointments
• Provide accurate information about services, fees, and timelines
• Handle customer concerns and escalate when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the system
• Process payments when required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in English; bilingual proficiency in French is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using scheduling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
