Call Centre Interviewer-Bilingual
Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated Interviewers that can speak and write fluently in French and English. As a Call Center Interviewer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling a high volume of calls.
Duties:
Conduct market research and qualitative research interviews to gather valuable customer feedback
Enter consumer and business professionals' responses accurately into our systems
Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality service
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in English and French
Basic computer skills
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
Ability to actively listen, empathize, and effectively communicate with customers of diverse backgrounds
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and some weekends as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.30-$19.90 per hour
