Call Centre Interviewer-Bilingual

Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated Interviewers that can speak and write fluently in French and English. As a Call Center Interviewer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling a high volume of calls.

Duties:

  • Conduct market research and qualitative research interviews to gather valuable customer feedback

  • Enter consumer and business professionals' responses accurately into our systems

  • Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality service

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French

  • Basic computer skills

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus

  • Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills

  • Ability to actively listen, empathize, and effectively communicate with customers of diverse backgrounds

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and some weekends as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.30-$19.90 per hour
