As we expand, we're looking for a driven, persuasive, and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us bring in new hospital contracts and build our provider network.

Your Mission

You'll be the voice and energy that drives our company's growth.


While our founder handles admin, contracts, and payroll, you'll focus on generating new business — contacting hospitals, medical groups, and providers to create new partnerships.

Your work directly leads to revenue, long-term relationships, and career advancement.

Your Core Responsibilities

1. Hospital & Facility Outreach
Research hospitals, anesthesia groups, and surgery centers hiring anesthesia providers.

Call and email decision-makers (HR, Anesthesia Directors, Department Heads, etc.) to introduce our services.

Present the agency as a professional, reliable partner ready to solve their staffing shortages.

Secure meetings between hospital decision-makers and our founder.

Keep detailed records of all outreach and results in HubSpot CRM.

2. Provider Outreach
Contact anesthesia providers (CAAs, CRNAs, MDs) via job sites like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups.

Explain the benefits of working with our agency (competitive rates, flexibility, reliability).

Gather their basic information and upload their data into our CRM for credentialing.

3. Relationship Building & Follow-Up
Follow up consistently with hospitals and providers who show interest.

Maintain a friendly, professional tone that represents the agency's brand values.

Coordinate with our founder for next steps on promising leads or contracts.

4. Reporting & Organization
Record all calls, emails, and contacts in HubSpot CRM.

Create simple weekly reports on progress and results.

Track KPIs like meetings booked, contracts signed, and providers added.

Your Skills & Background

You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Excellent English (spoken & written). You can speak professionally and confidently on calls.

Experience in B2B sales, healthcare staffing, or U.S. client outreach (preferred but not required).

Comfort making cold calls — you're friendly, persuasive, and resilient.

Attention to detail and strong organization skills.

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, or similar CRMs.

The ability to work independently and report results consistently.

A positive, proactive attitude — you see challenges as opportunities.

Work Hours
30–40 hours per week

Must overlap with U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central Time) for outbound calls

Compensation

Base Pay: - 12hr

Performance Milestone Bonus

10+ booked meetings or 2+ new hospital contracts in one month.

$100–$200 bonus

Consistency Reward

Hitting daily/weekly KPIs for 4 straight weeks.

Potential Monthly Earnings:

Base:
