25-121e - Accounting Clerk II (Full Time)
The City of Port Coquitlam has an excellent opportunity available to join our Finance team as an Accounting Clerk II. This full-time position reports to the Manager of Accounting Services and is responsible for completing a variety of functions in the processing and routine analysis of transactions and verification of various accounts.
Some of the key responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to :
- Perform account reconciliations and prepare journal entries
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Prepare and maintain a variety of records, files and specific year-end accounting working papers
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts
- Provide accounting and finance support within the Unit4 ERP system
- Performs other related duties as required.
